Voice estimates assume scenes of up to 200 script characters; longer scripts cost the same again for every further 200 characters. When the sale ends, AI creation returns to 100 credits (about ₩1,000) each.

Won amounts are estimates at 1 credit ≈ ₩10. Larger top-ups include bonus credits, so they cost less.

Before you pay
Refunds
Unused purchases can be refunded in full within 7 days. After partial use or after 7 days, unused paid credits are refunded in proportion to the actual price paid, with no separate refund fee.
Expiry
Paid credits never expire. Free sign-up credits expire after 30 days and are used first.
Where credits work
Credits can only be used for BeamCue voice and AI creation. They cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash except under the Refund Policy.
Request a refund at help@beamcue.com with your account email and order reference. Refunds use the original payment method. See the full policy for processing times and statutory rights.
A BeamCue account and internet access are required. Voice generation may take time depending on the script and service load.
