BeamCue processes only the data needed to create product demos and does not store passwords, verification codes, or payment input values in recording data.

Information we process

We process account email addresses and names, projects and captures created by users, render output, and the minimum logs needed to operate the service.

Capture protection

Saving ordinary input values is off by default. Passwords, one-time verification codes, and payment-related fields are never serialized or transmitted.

Public access

Projects are private by default. Only revisions explicitly published by the user are made available through a separate sharing link.

Privacy-preserving analytics

Public demo analytics are limited to views, starts, steps, action button clicks, and completions. We discard raw IP addresses and raw user-agent strings after deriving country and normalized device information. Pseudonymous event detail is retained for 90 days and daily aggregates for 13 months.

EEA, UK, Switzerland, and unknown regions require opt-in. Other regions receive notice and may opt out. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable detailed collection in every region, and a consent choice expires after 180 days.
